“Uptime” refers to the period of time when Basecamp is up and running. On rare occasions we must take Basecamp offline for maintenance, or an unexpected problem might occur that would take Basecamp offline. We work hard to limit these interruptions.
We’ve made our uptime percentage public so everyone knows how we’re doing. We want to be held to the highest possible standards. One tenth of 1% short of 100% is not enough for us. Transparency keeps us honest, and drives us to our goal of 100% uptime.
